The EOSD Grants to Civil Society Organisations

The project provides financial and technical support to Civil Society Organisations with innovative projects, including those implemented in collaboration with state and semi-state actors. Civil Society Organisations can submit proposals for funding after creating profiles. The Ministry of Social Solidarity, in coordination with GIZ, forms a grants steering committee to select promising proposals. Grants recipients implement sustainable actions such as awareness raising, advocacy, artistic product development, content creation, access to services, information exchange forums and feedback loops. Applicants will receive capacity development training in specific areas, including inclusion of persons with disabilities. The project also works on raising awareness about gender equality, opportunities for women and youth, in addition to designing development projects, writing proposals, managing projects, and preparing sound technical and financial reports.
